The Alchemist - “Paris x La x Bruxelles Instrumentals” (Hip-hop Instrumental Album)
Last year former rapper-turned producer Daniel Alan Maman (a.k.a. The Alchemist) linked up with energy drink brand Redbull France. Red Bull Records brought him out to Paris for a week, paid for his records, and let me craft new tracks in their standard recording studio. Eventually he ended up moving the studio equipment to his hotel room due to France’s smoking ban.
The Alchemist’s initial idea was to sample music produced by French composers so Red Bull Records introduced him to a group of new young artists from France and Brussels and together they recorded several new songs which later became a full-length album. “Paris x La x Bruxelles Instrumentals” is the instrumental version of the project.
