A crazed middle-aged man (identified as Mark Allen Bartlet) pulls a loaded gun on a group of Black Teenagers, while screaming ‘You stupid niggers’ repeatedly. He was upset because the teens’ bikes were blocking the street so he got out of his car as well as his wife.
