“Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde” is the debut album from West Coast alternative hip-hop act The Pharcyde (consisting of high school friends Slimkid3, Imani and Bootie Brown as well as new inductees Derrick "Fatlip" Stewart and producer John "J-Swift" Martinez.
The album was produced by former bandmate J-Swift, and features only one guest appearance, contributed by littl- known L.A. based emcee Buckwheats.
Released during the regnant Gangsta rap era of the Golden State’s hip-hop scene Bizarre Ride was described as “definitely the best hip-hop album in 1992 and remains in many people's top hip-hop albums of all-time today.”
